It is the start of the New Year and for many people, they choose this as the time to change. Whether it’s trying to eat healthier or start exercising more. It is a struggle to start or change your daily routine so this should help you.





  • Exercise more- set yourself a routine that you can stick to. It may be swimming once a week, going to the gym, jogging or even just going on a walk.


  • Have a healthier diet- you can start by writing down some healthy meal ideas and start using them in your daily life.


  • Get some fresh air- it may be going on a walk or run, or even just sitting in your garden for 5 minutes.


  • Sleep- Get lots of sleep and create a pattern that means you also get a good night's sleep.


  • Drink lots of water- keep hydrated throughout the day.
